SHIPPING INFO

All products are shipped via USPS with a coinciding tracking order. Orders are shipped within 1-2 WEEKS which does NOT include weekends (Saturday & Sunday). Once items are shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items due to the postal service. Please file a claim with USPS or UPS for these issues. We will only ship to the address provided. If an order is returned to sender, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

LOCAL PICK-UP

Orders can be picked up locally for a $5 fee. We offer pickup for two locations for a $5 service fee.

CANCELLATION & RETURN INFO

Due to the custom nature of our items, NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS will be accepted unless there is an error on OUR part. If this is the case, the item will need to be sent back and seller must be contacted within 24 hours of you receiving your order. Your order will either be fixed or replaced.

Cancellations need to be completed within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
